I have this tool. A 50mm one and its junk. It vibrates way too much. I have recently replaced this one with an Iscar High feed Mill and its waaaaayyyy better. Not nearly as much vibration and alot faster.
I believe this video was filmed before 1030 grade was released, but now it would be my first choice in mixed steel and stainless production environments.
Looks like it's cutting through butter :)

@douro20... no its a Matsuura, we have 5 of them.. same pullstud spec and labeled in the same spot on the head cover.

Not much DOC tho... I bet those inserts don't last too long slowing down to make inside corners like that either. almost too much lead? Not sold yet.

@GVCA57 Iscar is Israeli crap tooling. Some of their Milling tools are ok but their Lathe Tooling is complete junk

I like the 1030E tol insert - run 650sfm .045" ipt at .040" deep in just about anything.
