The whole internet comment was because at the Bonnie was trying to get Holly a date and they had her profile online. It was a running joke that Bonnie didn't want to go on the internet herself to find a date. She was saying that David was her perfect match and therefore did not have to rely on the internet. Hope that clears it up. :D I agree with her, though. He pretty much is perfect. I've loved him since Buffy and even more now.
