Fedor is in fact much stronger than Mir, he trains harder than any fighter period and he doesn't use steroids... Fedor has thrown around 250 pounders, I don't see why he can't throw around 15-20 pounds more than that. Watch his training video. Watch him do a countless number of pulls up. Thats 240 pounds, and he has no trouble at all with it. At roughly 20 pounds more, Brock will not pin him to the ground.
