  • You look exactly like Leah Remini (Carrie from King Of Queenss)

Google her if you don't know who she is.

  • I just used this for my cat halloween costume. Thanks! :-)

  • thank so much it was very helpful and u look very beautiful with the cat eye look

  • Thank You!! :)

  • i love the look that the eyeliner on the upper waterline gives. i sometimes just put eyeliner on both the waterlines and nix any other makeup just for a quick thing and people love it. i love that cat eye look a lot. so amazing =]

  • I completely agree! I do that too, and its such a great way to give your eyes a very pretty look that looks very natural too, since no one can really tell you have any liner on

  • loves it!!!! <33333

  • ooooo pretty!

  • You look so cute! nice vid!

  • My name is Valerie too. :) I have that song. hehehe I love how you apply the makeup. Looks beautiful!

  • Nice job! You're absolutely stunning also! Wow!

  • Thank you!!!

  • Good video very helpful!!!

  • Valerie - One of my dearest friends. She's always been a truly inspiring, refreshingly daring, and unquestionably talented makeup artist. Her gorgeous eye looks are hauntingly stunning... the camera does not do her beauty looks justice.

  • Your much prettier than Mr. Hanky anyday!

  • Lovely look, wish u had more tutorials!!!!

  • WOW YOU ARE SO PRETTY!

  • have u seen the pussycat dolls present girlicious?? u r natalie!! :)

  • is to many colors in your face... but you r beautifull!!! :D really a cute face

  • lol, i agree, after watching i thought i could have used less blush for sure, and nude lips. ahh....well thats for the next video ;)

  • eheh... but for sure, you're very beautifull! :)

  • I loved it, Woow your face has a nice glow, did you use a highlighter on your face?

  • Thank you! No I didnt, but I do love using highlighters in the summer

  • Beautiful eyes:)

I love your complexion. Yould you also show how you apply makeup/foundation/ blush..( The "basic" stuff)..thanks:)

  • Thats a great suggestion. I am still trying to find the best and easiest foundation makeup to apply and i will definitely post a video on that :)

  • will be looking forward to that video:)

what did you apply as foundation & blush ( any other stuff??) when doing the cat eye makeup tutorial?

  • thank you!! :) So, I first applied MAC prep + prime then MAC studio fix (the compact), and then concealer (still trying to find a really good concealer, not really likeing the one i used)for the blush, MAC in coppertone matte and the lip gloss is Lancome juicy tubes in sun bronze.

  • thanks for the quick reply:)

  • Thank you! :)

  • Your skin is gorgeous!!! Ok, I'm jealous...

  • Thank you!!! xoxo

  • O i really REALLY like this one!!!

    awesome video!!!

  • Thank you!!!

  • do you have a myspace page?

  • No, this is kind of like my myspace though :) lol

  • By the way, when are you going to get your website up and running? I'm looking forward to that. :)

  • thanks, my computer is actually down right now, so its taking a little longer but it should be up pretty soon :)

  • Cool. You should post an anouncement video when you get it up and running. :) I'm looking forward to it!

  • thanks so much for your support!! thats a great idea about the announcement, im still new to youtube, and need pointers like that sometimes :)

  • Actually adding dark eyeliner to the water line makes the eyes look smaller, not larger. To make your eyes look bigger try a white eyeliner to the water line then the back eyeliner on the lash line.

  • i have tried that so many times, and its just not a flattering look for my eyes, it may just be my eye shape though.

  • i agree ! i'm half mexican but i don't know if that has anything to do with it. but yea, that never works for me either.

by the way, you probably are just about the best at explaining on a make-up tutorial

  • Yes, the latin thing can definitely be a part of it, all of the women in my family have the same issues. We can never wear our eyeliner too thick, ect., but at the same time, when we use makeup in certain ways to "enhance" our eye shape, it can look really gorgeous :) Thank you so much for your support!!!

  • yea, for instance.....this make-up style totally rocks on you, as it would for more olive toned girls.....but a fair skinned girl might end up lookin' goth if she does it! you so look like you could be related to me! lol

  • very true, i do notice that certain colors work way better with my skin tone than others. I want to do more videos with combos that would compliment olive skin.

Were youtube sisters!!! Lol how fun!

  • yea! that'd be cool! hey, i have never thought of that b4...their are so many people on youtube i bet alot of people could find their look alikes here ,cool

  • lol! true!

  • your beautiful! more videos please.

  • thank you!!

  • you're sooo pretty ! what is you descent?

  • Thank you! Im Mexican :)

  • I just found your video, and I really enjoyed watching your tips and tricks. I too have small Oriental eyes, so it's good to see what kind of make up tricks an stuff I can do to really bring out my eyes better. Awesome video! Make another soon! lol...

  • ur skin really looks flawless here?? do u use the mac studio fix fluid or powder? and what brush do u use it with? =)

  • Thanks! I use the Studio Fix Powder and the brush is the #129 power brush (which the small one comes in a plastic case which is perfec to carry around with you for touch ups) The studio fix powder works great because my skin is kind of oily and it really stays on especially when you apply the MAC prep+ prime first.

  • more videos PLEASE! = )

  • Fabulous look--looking forward to seeing more tutorials! You are so pretty btw :)

  • Thank you so much!! :)

  • i like your voice :P and very nice vid :)

  • What other colors/foundation/powder/etc are you using?

  • For my face I first applied MAC prep + prime (which works great cuz i have oily skin and its SPF 50)

then, MAC studio fix, and Sheseido concealer stick (which im still not sure if i really like)

for the blush, MAC in coppertone matte and the lip gloss is Lancome juicy tubes in sun bronze...but hey if you recommend any different concealers im currently on the lookout for a cheaper one, not too sure if i will buy this sheseido one again (its not a big deal to me) :)

  • amazinig, I loved it hope to see more videos

    soon

  • thanks so much!

  • tried, tested and happy! Thanks

  • Awesome! So glad to hear it worked for you!!!Thanks for your feedback!

  • OMG!! This is SOOO COOL!!! Teach Me More!!! =)

  • holy hot. love!! much love <333 violet

  • ..Mana mana

  • Very nicely done. I agree liquid liner is tricky. I myself suck at it. lol. Can't wait to see more

  • I really enjoyed video, your very beautiful. I wondering if you can make a video using more neutral colors for an everyday look.

  • That looks so nice. What is the lip color you used it looks good on you :)

  • Thanks so much! The lip color is a gloss by Lancome called Sun Bronze Juicy Tubes, I love it.

  • Wow You Are So Pretty!! Can you also show us how to make our lips look nice and plump like yours???

  • Wow - you have amazing eyes, really beautiful look!

  • really great look - I'm going to try the liquid liner - I normally use pencil, but liquid seems to give a more dramatic black.

    Thanks

  • Thanks! Liquid liner can be tricky at first but with a little practice it can really bring out your eyes. I hope you like it!

  • Hello Everyone! This is Val, Thank you once again for watching!
