A series of four chords in a pretty basic form of progression isn't a copyright infringement it's pop music. For the amount of songs out there using a four chord progression, it's pretty obvious that things will overlap. I don't buy this one bit.

Lies could've been inspired by Sky High, but being inspired and stealing are two different things. Big Bang does cover versions (Ma Girl, Sunset Glow) and has sampled (Crazy Dog), but I've always seen them give credit to the original artists.

There could be so many possible answers to this video, for one it could be a DJ remixing the soundtrack...plus who's to say that it wasnt this guy who copied Big Bang's 'Lies'.And I'm sure that if it was illegally copied, some news coverage would have happened already since 'Lies' came out in like 2007. I think YG Entertainment would have taken some legal action by now.I can see why you would think it was "illegally copied"...but it really isnt. You shouldnt turn your opinions into accusations.

LIES is NOT a SAMPLING of sky high- it is an ORIGINAL TRACK CREATED by GD (meaning YG didnt ASK to use the song cos it was originally GD's work).

Lies could've been inspired by Sky High, but being inspired and stealing are two different things. Big Bang does cover versions (Ma Girl, Sunset Glow) and has sampled (Crazy Dog), but I've always seen them give credit to the original artists.
