Great Leslie horn. That´s the same sound i hear from the GATX Rail Locomotive Group GMTX 2618 from Carrizo Gorge Railway running the Tijuana-Tecate short line.
There is another GATX/GMTX locomotive unit 2668 that also uses a Leslie s3 horn but sounds terrible. I believe that your horn sounds only 2 cornets (the front ones), the back (short) horn emits a higher tone than the other 2 and, in that case, the GMTX 2668 sounds only the long and short cornets, it really annoys me.
I can see that you have to put some force down to pull the lever on your grahm white valve. I have the same one, and there is 2 spring's on the inside. There is a short stiff spring on the inside of the loose longer spring. Try removeing the stiffer spring. It will allow for the lever to pulled easier& will make the horns sound better. Worked for me.
