@mark01318 Complete the game on either Good or Bad ending (Plus or not dosne't matter). Then play it on Next Fear Mode and complete the game in different ending than you got past. (If you got Good, on Next Fear you have to get Bad ending). And then, on the score screen - If you can see Katana, well. You got it. Now, go to the house there three keys is needed to open up the doors. Then, go to one of the rooms, wich was locked in past runs.
