  • pretty good lifting. awesome training facility! where is that? a school?

  • it looks like you're not getting your shoulders over the bar on the 2nd pull. You're pulling it straight up your body, but your body is straight up at that point. You want to be in an RDL position at that point and have our upper body angled out and over the bar, so you can generate torque as well as linear force.

  • everybody has their own way to lift... who cares about "form" if they can lift it, they can lift it.... stop complaining everybody

  • position your feet just outside shoulder widthe apart

  • DON'T EVER CROSS THE BARBELL!!!

  • you do wrong technical wrong exercise challenge and injury

κανεις λαθος τεχνικη και θα τραυματιστεις!

  • gonna start snatch deadlifting soon, I used to do "conventional" but I want more ROM.

  • hm..do you know hafifi and and mubin?they all are my junior..i heard they're undefeatable in their class right?

  • i see that your catching the bar to high on your snatches. catch about at nipple hight then snap under the bar.

  • cute haircut

  • try to ark your back a lil more so that your butt is closer to the floor and you chest is out...,that'll give you more power and speed from the leg,,if ur butt is too high...you'll be using your lower back to lift the weight...and it'll seem heavier that it is..and as your going to bounce...try tilting your head back hard...so that you'll extend ur whole body...that way the bar is going a lot higher...anyways keeping training...I see potential
