I am approaching 50. Its took be all this time to unpick this "world" and see lies everywhere. Most lies people know about and agree with, others they are oblivious to.
There is nothing much honest about modern western society, except lie upon lie.
(Not sounding like a pervert), that is why children are so refreshing to talk to! Before they learn how to lie from school and parents.
