It really is odd to think of YouTube as an actual place. But its almost like thinking of YouTubers as actual people – sometimes, we just forget. We get lost in the allusion of videos breaking down the barrier of physical presence. And maybe, to a degree, they do. But there is always a barrier that we can’t totally get rid of.

I think this video lets down the Thoughts From Places series. I mean, I love the vlogbrothers. But what was the point of this video? The series, I think, is supposed to be more introspective or at least meaningful than "oh look I went here and these are the people that work here yeah they're quite normal I expected it to be different"
