@PIPER338 Boy, thats an open ended question, LOL. Seriously it all really depends on the area you live and who does it. Until this year I figured on $4k+ any major repairs/AD's/certifications (i.e. pitot static, etc.), which would mean about $5k-$6k a year. Where it went this year reduced that to $3k out the door due to his lower overhead. So, shop around your area a bit beforehand and just ask them what the base cost for an annual on it would be and that will give you a good idea.

What does an annual run for a PA31 with no issues? We are considering getting a chieftain.
