I work on the Phantoms Revenge. Today i Had to run to the top of the lift hill (the first one that you climb, same as in this video) and let me tell you, those are some tall steps!!!!
@myhusky17 i was like totally there when that happened. there was a girl stuck and it ticked me off cuz i wanted to ride the rollercoaster so stinking bad....
@TheSyncopator why dont you tell the manager or whoever that the aero 360 seats are friggin messed up! The thing that came down over your shoulders it was like loose, and wasnt staying down even when it was supposed to....
@gatorsfan58 actually thats like completo not funny. and those seats better get fixed b4 i sue the company. the things that come down that are supposed to keep you in are like not staying and go out a little bit. dont you thnk thats a BITTTTT unsafe??????
@Nessara016 Nope it's perfectly safe, there's a ratcheting device that holds it in place, it will never stray past maybe an inch or two from the locked position. It can only be unlocked in the station, so once you leave the station you're strapped in.
WOW! If I got stuck on this ride and they told me to walk down then I would tell them that I will stay on the ride until it is fixed because I'm scared of heights. So, if it got stuck then I would be freaking out.
i like how alot of you people lie about thing! one, PR hasnt had to evacuate guest off in years...and i believe this video the train was empty so they could either add/rempve a train!!
of last year (2008?) if so your lying, i was actually operating this from august-november of lst season. and we had the technical difficulty from time to time, but we never had to evacuate the ride. we were able to get it up and running!!!
my sister and i went on the phantom at night and it got stuck for like15 minutes then a lady started flipping out on the person when they came up the stairs. she was like " I HAVE KIDS WAITING! I HAVE TO GET OFF THIS RIDE"

i remember last year 2007 on the first day kennywood opened. the phantoms revenge got stuck nearly at the top of the hill. the people had to walk down the steps.
me and my cuz were in line for it and then it got stuck,we were about to enter to!,but we didnt and we turn the hell around and got out of line! i felt bad though somebody had to climb all those step (poor thing)
oh wow i would hate to get stuck on it though but i sure do love this ride its so fun i hate going up that hill though cuz it goes to slow they need to speed it up i little going up.

@madiscrazi ya two people were stuck. the bar thing wouldnt come up so they had to take like the back panel off of the car.

i went to fright night and the phantom was stuck at the top for like 30 minutes so i didnt go on it that night :)
