  • There were people in Cleveland in 2004-2005, who were being evicted from their apartments for not paying rent. They couldn't afford to pay rent because many of them received one or two Social Security disability checks ( $650 -$1300) as their monthly income. Yet when they were evicted, they weren't becoming homeless--they were getting loans to buy HOUSES. Huge scam, in Cleveland, the city of scams.

  • We just saw this at the Cleveland Film Festival. Wonderful movie; tragic situation.

  • any site where to watch it please ??

  • The real problem is the US justice system that needs drastic reform to reduce the costs and insane penalties being inflicted on ordinary people.

  • " us the poor people " ....didnt she just came out a "Huge " SUV ?

  • @tommyho74 It wasn't huge, and it could be ten years old.

  • @tommyho74 I live in this neighborhood, she and I are not rich... so you assume because she has an suv, that makes a person not poor? Barbara has been very kind to have my family over for tea, and she has vacant properties all up and down her street. She is working hard to unify the remaining families, and help improve things. Please dont assume, or cast judgement unless you have facts. Oh, and I have friends that have Mercedes (used & from auction) does that make them rich?

  • @foxmorgan

I hear you. I don't know her and living in Europe, suvs are less affordable. I only made statement for Youtube cheap shot humor sake... good u corrected. apologies : )
