yea, we had a whole weekend on my university where engineers without boarders, SWE, TSPE, IEEE, ASCE, did workshops with fun projects for middle schoolers.. huge success, this "trophy thiing" i herd that exact lecture from my boss at my firm, haha, he too is an engineer, haha
