  • notice the schecter shirt

  • fantastic sound

  • thats a warbeast, look at the bottom.. its curved, not straight like the warlock. trust me, i own one

  • @stupidutubecalebcoo1 dude it is a warlock, the horns of a warbeast are longer and sharper.

  • @stupidutubecalebcoo1 if you had one, you would clearly see that the horns arent as long as a Warbeasts. and im pretty sure they only make exotic Warlocks.

  • @ 2:00 sounds like steve vai's bad horsie

  • I have a shcter Damien elite with emg 81/85

    There not "me"

I've been looking at the fatass and mafia. I really. Like em . What do you guys think I should do? Is these pickups a downgrade?

  • @Jasaxos dude dont get rockfield, my mafias broke within the first month, keep the EMGs man

  • @Jasaxos yes

  • @Jasaxos SEYMOUR DUNCAN SH-4 JB @ THE BRIDGE (IN MY OPINION) BLOWS MOST STOCK ROCKFIELDS AWAY AS FAR AS "CHUNK" + JB's BOOST THE MIDS NICELY TOO , AND NO BATTERY REQUIRED,, IF YOU STAY WITH EMG YA MIGHT WANNA ADD AN "EMG PA-2" BOOST SWITCH (THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ZAKK WYLDES 81/85's AND KERRY KINGS 81/85's)...THE JB's RUN $70-90 ea. (LESS ON EBAY) AN "EMG PA-2" RUNS $45+/- ,IT'S A 20db BOOST @ 9v OR A 25-38db BOOST @ 18v (I SUGGEST SEPARATE BATTERIES TO POWER THE PA-2)

  • fuckin riffage!!!!

  • schecter t shirt..

  • wickeeed

  • this dude is badass. im working on my bc rich, how far should the string hover above the fret board. At the bridge, mine tend to stick out just a bit, but not tooo much, is this ok?

  • Is this model discontinued? I've been wanting to buy one with the inline-6 headstock but I cannot find any. Any info is appreciated.

    Thanks! :)

  • that guitar is not good, i have BC Rich Nt Warlock Onyx wich is awesome

  • @TheCOB98 who gives a fuck what you have? :D

  • that guitar is not good

  • las caras del ruco heheheheheheh

  • good for the looks, not very... usefull..

1 element, only a volume twist button ?

  • Nice guitar. Very nice indeed.

  • hes wearing a schecter shirt lol

  • sounded like alice chains them bones at the beginning.

  • coughpracticecough

  • Highly tapp-able, sexy guitar, nothing else to say.

  • My guitar has the same shape, I like it. =P

  • Sick guitar but the colour is shite ugly

  • Nice playing man, I use to have a black one back in the day. Fun guitar. cya

  • Don't show off if you can't.

  • Nice Guitar! Check mine out!

  • im selling one of these with a SD Invader if anyone is interested

  • i hear a litle steve vai:D

  • LOL! Yea there's my Iron Cross WARLOCK bass on the left!

  • BEASTstreet, i LOVE your Kerry King handcrafted Warlock, soon i will purchase that guitar, someday....

  • What kind of warlock is that behind on the wall? The really nice red finish and a beveled edge? I'd kill to have it..

  • is they all guitars yours????

  • This guy (in the video) is a dork with his cheesy tapping, wimpy sound and cheesy harmonics and generic riffs. I heard stuff from jerry cantrell and steve vai thrown in, kinda weird....

  • is it just me or behind him does he have the exact same guitar but in black

  • @goldenguy12345 dude thats a bass

  • hey guys if you dont mind me asking your guitars are cheeper then alot of other places whys this?

  • THAT is a KILLER tone.... \m/(0_o)\m/

  • is it any good for extreme down tuning? like drop a?

  • @medude6652 just get a seven string for that haha. there is rarely a 6 string guitar that is good for drop A. personally, i love my Schecter Hellraiser C7. but there are many other choices. look into it, 7 strings are alot of fun once you get used to them

  • @MooseSK i wish i had money for that. im only 14 lol

  • @medude6652 try lookin at the RG7321 ibanez. its pretty nice, my other guitarist in my band has one. works fine haha

  • Looks awesome with that spalted top. Love BC Richs.

  • My bass model is in the backround Lol.

  • i have that exact same warlock platinum series bass on the wall haha

  • Larry/Francine and BSM are hands down best people to buy BC Rich, I've bought six BC Rich's from them and they were the best! THANKS Larry/BSM

  • BC Rich needs more flat top warlocks IMO they look the best :D

  • @SicSolution

Yeah, the flat tops look more like this evil thing that just *happens* to be a guitar too.

  • I'm japanese

    I love B.C.RICH guitar's

    this guitar is my favorite

  • @hokuto326 Yeah that's one of myfavorites too. I was with Deans for many years but since I've heard the way B.C.Rich sounds I liked it. I'm playng the B.C.Rich Perfect 10 Bich.

  • guitar is fun with a floyd :)

  • @cowsgomoo1293 i hate em

  • so do I, it's almost impossible to change tunings without fucking up the bridge. grr.... it makes me angry thinking about it

  • no floyd rose... perfect

  • that's cool headstock for a warlock

  • 2:00 "Its not love" by Dokken awesome!

  • a lot of bc rich's are kind of uncomfortable to play, and sometimes sound bad, but the exotic series and quite a few other bc rich's sound and look and feel awesome!

  • SWEET GETCHA PULL

  • That little riff from :46 to :51 sounds so damn killer.

  • You know a brand of guitars is good when dudes working for the other ones come over to jam out on them before going back to work . The top is nice on that guitar but I would go for my NT Warlock over that paticular one any day .

  • i think it would be awesome if they did an exotic stealth with spalted maple top, gotta love the shape of the stealth

  • cool

  • he's not very good at pinches considering he attempts them so much

  • It's the pickup. You need some EMG's or Dimarzio's to get a good pinch out of it.

  • na man, i can get great pinch harmonics out of my gibson explorer with stock gibson pickups or my friends standard strat with stock single coils.. just need to get the technique down

  • @kierandoyle1992

    .....one in every crowd.

  • @kierandoyle1992 he needs more distortion for that.

  • @kierandoyle1992 No, he just isn't using enough distortion.

  • @kierandoyle1992 Also, adding on to my previous comment, bolt-on Warlocks CANNOT do pinch harmonics very well. I've owned the Revenge Warlock, which is pretty much just a 2-pickup version of this, and it could not pinch whatsoever.

  • I love that headstock

  • rlly? i hate that headstock man the original widow stock is waaaaaay more awesome

  • Ok seriously how can ANYBODY say b c riches are ugly after seeing the exotic series?

  • backstreetlarry! he,s our man!! if he cant do it! no body can!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • lol i find it funny that he's playing a bc rich whilst wearing a schecter shirt XD

cool guitar though, too bad its only got one pickup

  • @midgeorge

You only need one pickup if you know how to use it.

  • Great axe but lacks the neck pickup. Cleans and solos sound best on neck pickup.

  • Captain Obvious :D

  • Yeah, it's obvious, but why the hell they make guitar with bridge pickup only?

  • There is more wood. For sustain, for attack, etc. This guitar is only for metal, this bridge pickup is absolutely high gain. It's called Rockfield FatAss™

  • I have Rockfield Mafia and Zebra in my guitar. Rockfields aren't that high gain pickups (including FatAss) compared to the high output seymours or dimarzios. They're just strong enough. You're right this guitar is one-trick pony. Kinda boring.

  • FatAss is high gain pickup. 490db. X2n is 510 and Sh-8 is 450

  • @Scumkill2

....Maybe it's a one trick pony for some players. Me, I prefer the simplicity of a one pickup, one knob guitar, and rely on playing technique to get the tones. I don't play 'metal', and I can make the Warlock Exotic do chicken-pickin', blues, etc. No, it's not a Tele, and I think that's what I like most about it. I love the looks people give you when you pull extraordinary (ie: not 'metal') tones out of a guitar that doesn't 'look the part'.

  • @Bluzboy66 I prefer simplicity too but I think that standard 2 humbucker and 3 way switch is a simple thing and having two pickups you don't have to use them both. ;) I don't that you can make bridge pickup sound like neck pickup. It's just sound very different. There's a guitar with one pickup I would like to have - Ibanez ORM1 but I think I would like it better with neck pickup for clean stuff.

  • only 1 problem i like to solo on the neck pup

  • sweet man. im lookin to get a new electric guitar. Which type do you think is the best for around 200 bucks??

  • b.c rich warlock, or squier stratocaster.

  • haha 1:56 Seen that exact lick in Crossroads when ralph was head to head with Steve Vai... very cooool.

  • thats a sexy guitar. like the simple layout...and no trem! needs locking tuners imo.... only improvement tho

  • nice tapping

  • i meen beast

  • dude ur a beats!

  • I bought a bass from Beatstreet about 2 years ago. Best bass I've ever owned. You can see it in one of my videos. The fucker's insane. Secondarily, I ordered it through the mail(off ebay) usually don't do that but they treated me right. Great great great guitar.

  • Thanks for your support Bro. Rock On!

  • he's wearing a schecter shirt. schecters are awesome too

  • itd sound awesomwe w/seymour duncan pickup

  • no even better emg's

  • EMG's are unnatural electronic sounding pickups which never give you natural guitar's sound

  • dude that was lamest answer ever emg's have a highr quality then stock pickup ther clearer and actually find the guitars real tone trust me ive been playing for 13 years.

  • Learn some about pickups kid: EMG 81/85/60 are active pickups, they have lowered magnetic zone (for reducing background noise) and there are pre-amp, which feed by battery. THIS pre-amp is eating all of the natural guitar sound and sounds totally the same on every guitar. EMG are good for low quality guitars because passive pickups will sound like shit on bad wood. On good wood (Gibson, Jackson, ESP) there is no need in EMG, because good wood has it's own amazing tone, ONLY on passive pickups.

  • So their is no need to put EMG's in a B.C. Rich?

  • Of course, no. I recommend Seymour Duncan SH-8 Invader or DiMarzio X2N for playing metal. Extremely powerful

  • Alright thanks.

  • DiMarzio Beats EMGs

  • dimarzio pretty much the same thing!!! lol

  • And answer me a question: You're living for 15 years and playing guitar for 13? Wow, time wrapper detected

  • yeah theres even 2 year olds that play drums like fucking maniacs so i wuldnt be talkin.

  • You're little mad are you?..

  • not really.

  • So you're another "know-all-kid"

  • nope jst a tenn that knows hid fucking guitars. i was raised on bc rich and emgs.

  • i like it! just dont like the single pickup, and no whammy. ill stick with my Vintage Platinum Virgin.

  • I hate warlocks lol. Looks like a pretty finish though. I' d like that on my schecter. Warlocks just feel fat, poser-ish, and cheap for the money to me.

  • wow awesome on 1:00 tapping yayhhhhh!!!!

  • do they make a mocking bird like this?

  • Why the hell would you want a mocking bird they look and feel HORRIBLE

and warlocks look too wanna be ish

  • Mockingbirds do not look horrible...the balance of them is just a bitch-the horn always wants to do a nosedive to the ground. I never played mine as much as my Warlock or Bich but I'd NEVER get rid of it...it's vintage and it's beautiful.

  • the only respectable guitar BC rich ever made was the stealth

  • yea i prefer spector or conklin esp or ibanez and of course gibson but not everyone can afford 1 (btw i play bass)

  • i play bass also

conklin and spector would be the only bass i wold buy next

gibsons arent as great as there pricetag leads you on

Ibanez bass's down have to much tone

esp makes good guitars but not bass's (in my opinion)

Conklin is my favorite of any brand

  • well my parents never like to spend to much money on me well actually its my mom my dad will spend 300 on me but i offer to sell my old shit and she is like no for some odd reason. but im going ibanex i neeed a cheap 5 string bass and i like that down tune sound for soem odd reason

  • Metalheadgreg, how about you get about $200 and get yourself a used Gibson Flying V or Used SG? Or an Agile Al-3100

Ibanez is good, if they dont haev the edge whammy.

  • 200$ used gibson? mabey you mean a used epiphone! but if you found a used gibson in 200$ then please tell me :D

  • I mean add $200 on to the $300 hes got. I've seen used Gibson SG and Les Paul fadeds and specials for $500. You might find a Les Paul JR or a Melody Maker for under $400. I played one going for $300 at GC, but I picked up a Gibby V for $500 instead.

  • bichs are the best.

  • does anybody know where i can get a left handed Mockingbird? PLZ REPLY THX!!

  • does anyone know what neck profile this guitar has??

  • this guy is good

  • great playing but i gotta say

what is up with the weird way of rocking out

  • Beautiful guitar

  • ugh i hate the warlock modle

  • The only BC Rich guitar I like is the beast.

  • Ugy bc rich beast is FUCKING UGLY!

  • awesome guitar ...

  • I think it would be better if there were a neck pickup.

  • agreed.

  • Not a real good demo, doesn't show clean sound.

  • chances are if your buying a bc rich, your gonna be using it for metal and distortion, nothing clean.

  • The moment I saw this guitar I knew it was the guitar for me, infact, it was this very video which introduced me to the Exotic Warlock, I can't tell ya how many times I've sat here dribbling over this video.

I now own the gorgeous guitar which I'm having customized to suit my hands. I'm having her stock nut/bridge changed to narrow the string spacing (currently, little too wide for my tastes) and replacing the pup for something I prefer to use (even though the Rockfield is great)

  • i prefer the beast headstock

  • yeah but for a maple look that headstock looks great the beast headstock wouldnt fit that scheme i dont think either way that bitch sounds mean

  • The headstock on this one is so much nicer than those widow ones found on most warlocks today

  • i played this guitar today and i completely fell in love with it. reccomended greatly :)

  • very amazing sound!!!!

  • nice moves

  • bc rich fuckin owns!!!

  • bad horsie!^^

  • ive fallen in love with that guitar

    i want....

  • right there with you

  • It's not love baby! :-)

  • dude nice job on playing!

  • this was added on my birthday!

  • awesome guitar, I wish I could afford to buy it :(

the dude's tapping looks like the solo of "the river dragon has come"

  • fuck you

  • mmmmm if it had a neck pickup and another knob I'd be all over it.

If it had that another string and a trem... I'd have only one or two guitars left..

  • its a bad ass neck through, i played one in a local shop, and it plays great as fuck.

  • eh, sounds awesome, but in my opinion there are just better looking guitars, i wouldnt get one but im not dissin it! i like

  • im gonna get this guitar

  • Sounds and looks KILLER. Love the wood grain look always.

  • Something to be said for simple electronics. Sounds killer! What is the amp?

  • hey is the red warlock on the wall still for sale!? do you have video of it??

  • i think thats the customshop warlock thats listed on the beatstreetmusic homepage. just check this page out and ask them.. i dont think its already sold but i have no idea

  • haha jetz bemerk ich erst deinen Nick :D

Marc von Machinemade God, stimmts oder hab ich recht? ;) xD

  • As an owner of this guitar and a Bc Rich player since 1988, I can say first hand this is a very nice, classy Warlock.

  • my switching my warlocks pickups to rockfield mafia ceramics

  • Fucking greats sound for an cheap price!!!!!!!!!!!

  • RIPPIN'! Man, you ever think about putting a bit of this clip up on AmIaGoodMusician dotcom as well? You would rank highly..it's right up your alley. Check it, you'll see...

  • i LOVE the headstock

  • BCR needs more of the inline curve/buzzard beak
