Actually there are places in the province where the animal is butchered and cooked so a lot of the villagers eat it in a feast. It's interesting because I've never eated a bullfight but a friend of mine who breeds them tells me it is the best meat you can possibly eat since it is fed of grass and has no hormones at all!

Creo k lo mas destacable de Pablo Hermoso, es la forma en k comprende a la perfeccion tanto al toro como obviamente al caballo, en medio del vertigo de la faena, tiene una especial atencion a los detalles, que no he visto en ningun otro rejoneador (No conozco mucho) y en pocos toreros de a pie.
