I love broncos but, honestly, I hope they NEVER bring it back...Why?..Trucks today are too cushy and soft compared to the trucks of the past and the bronco, which were raw machines built for a job to do, not for grocery store trips. Whereas the blazer lived on, getting softer and fatter over the years, the bronco will always remain a legend, going out in '96 with its tough reputation still intact. It is the James Dean of trucks, always tough, never getting the chance to become a soccer mom SUV.

Broncos are just a great offroading machine. I always thought Jeeps were to small. Broncos you can take all your buddies and their gear on hunting trips. I grew up with my mom driving one and we used it to go up into the mountains to our ranch lots of times.

And my near new condition 1996 XLT grows on me more and more everyday. Something few vehicles do for me. You can't believe the people at gas stations who say "hey man...nice Bronco!!" People still love and identify to these things. I'm glad to have a very nice example that runs and looks so great!! I love it. Its just damn cool to have a real truck utility vehicle. NOT a sport utility vehicle.

I think the Bronco II's would have looked so very much better had they NOT had those rear side windows that went up into the roof line. They should have kept them the same height as the door windows. Dodge made the same horrible mistake with the Ramchargers of the 80's and 90's. Looks minivan-ish to me.

the reason ford discontinued the bronco is because the ford "explorer" was dub'd the new bronco.....its bull shit i have a bronco and my friend has and explorer and there is no similarity between either one the bronco was made to go throught hell and back and be just as strong as it was before the trek. however the explorer was made for slightly better gas and thats about it. in my opinion the bronco was the best truck ever made.

If they really wanted to bring the Bronco back they should make it look like its cousin the F-150 not a Jeep. Ya so its got the old school look kinda but still make it more sturdy and angry looking. Then it would make it better and easier to make.

I just bought a '77 Bronco. Stock 302 with 2 barrell AT, PS, PB. It still has the original exhaust system, with short glasspack. Replaced it with stock muffler. Still tinkering with but I never plan to sell it. At 43, I always wanted one of these. It rides much smoother and quieter than the Jeep CJ5 my father has.
