Yup, just sounds like it was a bit too hot and you'd have to cook it a little longer and lower. But cooking it in the oven would work nicely too! Thanks!

Great video. Great recipe. I made this today but, sadly, the tortillas burned on the bottom and the "eggy" part on top did not cook. I think the problem is that Miss Kitchen Witch has an electric stove and our crazy old gas stove doesn't understand what low to medium heat is. It tasted delicious though! Next time I will probably bake it in the oven instead of on the stove. Love your video!
