Take a look at Christianity, then take a look at Mormonism. Christianity has thousands of artifacts that substantiates the Bible and this is exactly why we're able to provide MAPS of where biblical characters traveled. You also have to take into account the historical accuracy of The Bible. For the youth out there: just think about how many times history refers to the Bible, as it is the most accurate religious text historically. Mormonism has no evidence substantiating it. I do believe in Christ and his atonement. I do believe that family can be together forever no matter how it looks in people's eyes. We have a Father in Heaven who watches and loves us. We did have a life before coming to the earth and we also have a life after death. So, we just do not disappear, but we do have a purpose in our life. Those are a part of messages received in the temple. That's what the church of Jesus Christ of latter days saints believe.

My bishop is Hawaiian, I have many Tongans in my ward, I have Hispanic, Blacks, you name it. There are over 500 people in my ward and each of the men, young and old, are able to hold the priesthood as long as they are worthy.

Didn't God say I am your lord and God and thou shalt not worship any others before me? Or something along those lines and in that context? I live in Ravenna, northern Italy, south Europe and here, in my town, every 6 months new mormon boys come to share the word of God. They are nice and polite and very well dressed(maybe too much).
Italians are mainly catholic (like me) but respect and consider these young boys coming from far U.S.A. and the effort they make to live here, a so different nation like Italia (Italy).

I do believe in Christ and his atonement. I do believe that family can be together forever no matter how it looks in people's eyes. We have a Father in Heaven who watches and loves us. We did have a life before coming to the earth and we also have a life after death. So, we just do not disappear, but we do have a purpose in our life. My bishop is Hawaiian, I have many Tongans in my ward, I have Hispanic, Blacks, you name it. There are over 500 people in my ward and each of the men, young and old, are able to hold the priesthood as long as they are worthy.

@ImagesByDavid There is only one true church. All others are tools to distract from the truth. Only two Christian churches can be true: either the Catholic or the Mormons. Mormons believe Christ's church was lost with the murder of the apostles and the apostasy of the members. Catholics believe there is a line of succession from Peter to the current Pope. Take a look at the council of Nicea and the inquisition and tell me which sounds more likely?

Ok i am Catholic and don't see what is so bad in mormons. They are basically Catholics that take the Bible to a very advanced pace. God Blees Mormons and all other Religions. Mormons can keep up the good Word.

@pickleboy443 uh you do know that LDS read the book of Mormon, and rarely open the bible, right? And they are nothing like Catholics. They do not believe in wearing crosses or worshiping statues of Mary. Not knocking the LDS church but I am just saying they are nothing like Catholics. I was raised around people of the LDS faith and also went to the church as a child.

@silver67impala You obviously don't know what you are talking about. The LDS church has a 4 year rotating cycle where scriptures are studied. They study a different book of scripture each year and the bible gets TWICE as much time as the Book of Mormon. Stop spreading lies.

@565roger Heretical? Actually its the only non-heretical Church there is. It may not fall in line with your interpretation of what doctrine should be, but I have always found there is plenty if room for argument on that account.
