How do you play and sync backtrack? I've noticed that you use them in several song, so just put in monitor with click and sound on it? or some "live" tecnique like foot sequencer? Thanks

@marcodalena It's not a backing track. It's a guitar synthesizer. So it's being "performed" live, if you will. The synth notes are generated from what I'm playing on the guitar.

Awesome song! Have you ever heard "Stone Cold Yesterday" by the Connells? I think it's their best song, followed closely by 74-75. Personal opinion of course. Thanks again for all the posts. I still need to make it to The Pie sometime to see you play live.

@LisaJ4Liberty Nope, those were the live vocals. I try to wait until I've got a solid take before I post any particular song. I've been wanting to nail this one for a while, so I'm glad this one worked out pretty well.

I record in multitrack, so I'm able to add high quality compression, EQ, etc., during mixing, so it was sort of "mixed" in a studio, just not recorded in one. :) And take my word for it, not every song at every gig comes together well enough to post on YouTube. Otherwise, I'd be posting entire gigs, not just select songs. :)
