How dare Reed on the then 41 car at the the end of the scene hardly tapped the 31 car to the left side all the way to the flipping 10 car drove by Scott Riggs. That's very scary in the 2005 fall talladega race that the big one became even aggressive for NASCAR

thats just the delay between the audio and the video during the televised broadcast. it happenes almost every time, thats why it always seems like the spotter is delayed with his reactions when in fact they are not.

i highly doubt it, a scanner has more or less the delay of a walkie talkie or cell phone, when audio and video is broadcasted over the airwaves, it is hard to equalise them let alone when their replays and two different pieces put together. scanners are pretty well live.
