Claude, thank you for taking the time making this wonderful video. Can you make another video explaning how NECA set up their cost categories and what items are listed under "Allowable Costs." Everyone needs to understand what data was included and excluded when determining the rates.
One more priority you can let the FCC know about: Interpreter Quality - companies need to invest in providing continued training and support to their interpreters. And to help fund development of new interpreters, so there's a large enough pool of good interpreters to serve out in the community as well as within VRS>
