1) at least in my country,  there is much "flexibility" in the entertainment business, so the ordinary people that work in it are not afraid to lose their jobs due to piracy, they know that it will happen anyway, piracy or not.

2) the point is not "act like robin hood" the goal is to make the entire industry crumble! but this is not likely going to happen since piracy can't harm enough the profits of the entertainment industry to destroy it.

a friend of mine back in highschool (when this issue was current) told me he saw the wolverine movie online...he download it and watched it... he said it was an unfinished cut with no special effects and improper sounds effects... people have been using that "you're stealing from the working class joe regular's who do the crew work" for a while now, and it's bull. Everyone from the director on down got paid up front for their work when they were contracted for the film. The studio execs make an investment of say 200 million, which is budgeted out to the workers, locations, equipment, etc. The only people who suffer from movie pirating is the initial investors, and they have money to spare, don't worry about them
