  • Is that a '62 Thunderbird body?

  • and plus the belt is slipping

  • 10% nitro 90% alcohol, u can tell by the way the car sounds and above 10% nitro would make the car unstreetable, not street legal and the way it sounds, the motot isn't built for nitro

  • Nitromethane does not create a blue exhaust flame. Sheesh, some of the comments I see (LOL). Sounds like it has some pop in the tank, just enough to make a little cackle, but the tune-up is off a bit...surging like it is lean. Cool car nonetheless.

  • now thats what i call cackling pipes

  • early hemis have the distributor in the rear. And yes this is on nitro, just not a super heavy load; guessing around 80 percent.

Alcohol gives a blue'ish flame that you can only see in darkness,, nitro is a white flame

  • The older hemi has the dissy in the back !!!

  • Ok just have to know, and im sure i will get flamed by some for even asking but, is that a cammer ford, usually mopar "hemi" have front angled distributor. Also It does sound like its running some Nitromethane just not a lot, either way nice car.

  • No blue exhaust flame = this car was running on alcohol.

    Lame.

  • Gotta love the Hemi

  • Oh, the smell of nitro in the morning.
