As it's a two tracked railroad, and as can be seen here, out of both directions trains are coming. The barriers may rise and lower again (although very unlikely), but the lights will always be right.

In the Netherlands we even have smileys beside the road during roadrestauration to cheer up the drivers at traffic jams, find it very annoying! Most trafficlights are becoming led also, only because of the powerreduce!!

But, I LOVE LED :P

In Germany I saw a counter on top of the trafficlight full of LED! It says how long Red and how long Green is left. Also very useless!

About those bells: it isn't a real bell: it's just the sound off a bell that is sounded via a loudspeaker. I hate those ones, the real mechanical bells where much louder (and therefor way better here-able)

Yes,and the Iron ore train have automatic couplers(Koppelingen,Dutch word),place is Horst-Sevenum between Venlo and Eindhoven.
