@brianswine I actually just visited Wrigley a few weeks ago, and I must say I did love it. The atmosphere there is so different from every other ballpark I've visited (in a good way), and it's just....Wrigley.

I visited the stadium in 2010 and it was a great experience. I am a Yankees fan, from NYC, but also I love baseball in general, so it's always a treat to go to a ballpark. The new additions to the place are beautiful. I saw 2 games of the Royals vs.White Sox and got to see Greinke pitch from a great seat, close to the field. Everyone I spoke with, several staff memebers, and fans, were all wonderful, friendly, helpful, etc. I would love to see K.C. win another World Series, they deserve it.
Very, very impressive. I am an Oakland Athletics Season ticket holder...gone to at least 20 games a year since 1981. In the last 5 -6 years I've been to Yankee Stadium, ATT Park, Coors Field, Camden Yards, Bank One BallPark, Angel Stadium, Dodger Stadium, old RiverFront (Cincinatti Reds), Wrigley and New Comiskey...I'm going to SafeCo next month...but I WANT to go to the New K. Looks good KC!
Oh yea, save the Coliseum bashing. Bang for the buck it can't be beat - half the price of most ballparks and no frontrunners/corporate accounts - they are all in SF!
I've been to Busch, Coors, and AT&T Park, and while they are all nice, after you've been to all three of them you realize they are . . . identical.
Retro was cool the first time or two, now it's simply the new cookie cutter and in about 20 years I think they will be considered as boring as Shea, Three Rivers, and the rest.
i agree that all the new parks are disturbingly similar, i mean look at new citi field...its practically the exact same as at&t in san francisco dimensions wise...
personally tho, as long as its not completely symmetrical (330 to the foulpoles 380 to the power alleys and 410 to dead center, etc) i'm happy...
i personally like the fact that most ballparks have their own quirks and oddities again, but thats just me
Im so glad they chose to use native grasses for the outside landscaping!!!! CANT FUCKING WAIT TO TOUCH EM'!!!!!!!! and that jumbo tron is so over the top and unnecessarely BAD ASS, it owns all other jumbo trons!! GREAT JOB
and Kauffman Stadium is a classic, Busch Stadium is just a brand new one. I can't pick which one is better but. Kauffman has the fountains, country background, Busch has the great city background with the Gateway Arch.
Go for the classic - designed to be great...not copied! Todays cookie cutters (anything HOK designed), as KansasForever said, are generic. Coors Field and ATT are spitting images of Camden Yards.
even though im a sox fan, the stadium looked good before the renovations, and looks better now. U.S. Cellular Field, a.k.a. Comiskey Park just finished major renovations a couple years ago, the park looked bad b4, but now its really great and also did a similar thing with a brick plaza.
@cubbs357 there actually the same demonsitions accept for in center field so ites really not a difference or are you just saying that cause ur a cubs fan?
There's Wrigley Field, and then there are all the others. Kaufman and Busch are two of the nicest ballparks - other than Wrigley, of course.

And even if it is... what is your point....

@stlcardsfan010 The field at Busch stadium seems to small.I like Kauffman Stadium
a little better because of the Fountains.I also like Kauffman stadium because you
can see the Interstate in KC.
