Reasons why this game would not work on other consoles:

Controles: You may be wondering (But you would have more options of combos) But then it would be just another generique action game, exept very fuckin repetitive, look guyz, try to understand... this game WORKS because of how well it uses the WII controles... Ever played NMH With classic controller? On latter levels its boring as hell!

I think that the game is great, and shouldn't be on any other system. Just my opinion, but the game isn't about the graphics or anything. That's what most people are complaining about. Just my opinion.

They're remaking NMH1 for the 360 and PS3. It's called No More Heroes: Paradise. They aren't making NMH2 on it though.
