@Zaiderify Depend if you wants an outdoor heli or an indoor one. The blade 400 is more an outdoor model and the CP and 4g3 are more for indoor due to it's small size. And the CP (4G3) are harder to fly than the 400. For CP vs 4G3 as the CP is same as 4G3 V1. And the latest walkera 4G3 is V3 with double brushless now. If you are going to go with mini heli the 4G3 V3 is going to be more reliable and the latest version.

It is not very stable at all but once you get used to how it flys it's pretty manageable

No, but the 4 channel version (4#3b) is ideal to learn on because they are tough as hell and easy / cheap to fix!
Not sure if this is similar to fly but harder to setup?
