This kind of animation has existed for years and neither parties have made it up. Besides that it only "looks" similar. Jerry time here seems to be animated picture cut-outs while Tetes-a-claques is simply mouths and eyes added over a picture with digital editing. In fact, the only thing they both have in common is their obsession with ugly faces.

As it turns out, the bird started looking bad and was wandering in traffic. That is kind of a sad life for a bird. I imagine the bird may have starved to death or been hit by a car. If the noose guy had eaten the bird, at least the bird would have served some useful purpose and it might have died a quicker, less painful death. I respect Jerry for standing up for the bird, but it's kind of ironic that the bird may have been better served had Jerry allowed it to be "served".
