Really, choosing one man who made a shocking, racist, ignorant and unfair comment to represent Greek Cypriots, is neither fair nor mature. The people involved in the making of this video know themselves that a high proportion of GC's see themselves as Cypriots.
Turkish Cypriots are our brothers, our fellow citizens, the closest population to us.
Everyone is entitled to rights, and all people are equal, but this video is highly innacurate and misleading. Please read around the subject before taking anything this video states as fact.
What exactly does the Orams case have to do with TC's?
The 'TRNC' is an area under illegal occupation by Turkey. The lawful owners of the property won the case, and rightly so.
Those who want to discuss rights of Turkish Cypriots should use something more relevant as a base. Those questioning the standard of living for TC's in the afformentioned area should look to Ankara.
The Republic of Cyprus is home to Greek Cypriots, Turkish Cypriots, Armenian Cypriots, Maronite Cypriots... etc.
