@cplkickass  Yes the Russians were Heroes, but that was in WWII, This Song is about the 300.000 ANZAC's that Went overseas to fight for England and France in WWI, They were all Volunteers, the Only Army to be made up of Only Volunteers. and also Australia and New Zealand had Tiny Populations in Comparison to the Other Allied countries.

Then there was war between the two countries and sserbia asked there alie russia to help and they did, so then austria-hungary asked there allie Germany to help and they did. Then russia asked france, then the only way germany could attack france was through belgium. But Britian was watchin belguim for france becuase of the war. And thats how ww1 started PZ

Great song - great video. My dads father lost his four brothers at Gallipoli and Europe in the Great war and my mums father spent four years in a prison camp in Germany in WWII. All were farmers became soldiers. I know the sacrifice that these heroes made through their writings and stories.Men were men back then but the pain never ended.
