This video is so touching, I cried, but it touched me heart too. I lost my great nephew Jacob to CHD as well. My niece her story is similar, Jacob was born we thought normal, day 2 coded n was flown to a bigger hospital, day 7 had open heart surgery to repair TGA which was found to be a very difficult case. Though he was a tough little man and fought with all his might on Dec 5, 2009 Jacob to went to Jesus. May your little Angel Landon RIP as well as Jacob RIP aunty Brenda loves you.

I was borned with CHD and I am very grateful that I can survive.Now,I am a normal 14 year old schoolgirl who goes to downtown with her friends and family.I cherish the time that I am on earth.I feel very sorry for this kid.God Bless you.

i couldnt say everything i wanted to say in my first post...i am so sorry for your loss...i am very aware my nephew could have died and thats the scary part aswell as the hospital totally missing it putting him at increased risk of something happening to him...your baby is a gaurdian angel to all the other CDH babys who make it he is probably looking over them making sure they are alright...i am crying here he was such a fighter to hold on for so long. beaufiful video of such a beautiful baby.....have you joined the cherubs foundation?..they are currently winning 100,000 for research and information to look into why this condition happens in the first place...my nephew was born with this condition (undiagnosed before birth) he is very lucky to be alive as he was discharged from hospital only for him to deterioriate...he had surgery aged 6days old and is very lucky...hes now 7weeks old tomorrow and doing well...he truely is our familys miracle.

my heart and prayers go out to you, my niece was born with cdh and several other defects, only 15 other babies in the world like her, none survived. she went through two surgeries 5 days after birth, went to heaven when she was exactly 7 days old, to the minute. Baby Landon was a fighter, so was she, he was beautiful, still is, they both are; I love the way you use the word cherub, that's what i called my niece. they are in better hands now. we are lucky to have had them in our lives.

What a beautiful video. Im so sorry for your loss. My baby was born with a rare heart defect. She wasnt suppose to make it through birth, but she showed them all up and lived for one month to the day. I was never able to hold her.

My son, Kaden, was born with CDH, we found out at 16wks gestation. His had a severe left sided, everything was up. He had no left lung and 17% of his right, He was on Ecmo for 20 out of his 29 days of life. I just made his montage, He chose wings over feet on September 16, 2008. 10 days before my birth day. I will pray for your family and for your son. Just like my Kaden, God is lucky to have such precious angels at his side.
