I served there as a missionary there, from the Kent First Ward, at that mission, from July 1979 - 1981. It is a most EXCELLENT area for church growth!!
my cuz friend was from bridge pa and got posted in flaxmere about five minutes drive down the road lol the changed it after a while and he went over seas lol , people think auckland is tough, but they aint been to flaxmere lol the peeps in aux i always randomly meet are cool as :)

But i heard the food is even MEENER haha. so much people i know here have connections there and are like, yeah man, ill call up my uncle or aunty and have em feed you! im gonna come back 40 pounds heavier lol. i heard new zealand food is da BOMB!
