  • Their investors, stockholders and employees got 'Dick-Fooled'. Just like with the current Automobile sector crisis, much of this is due to self-regulation. The US is in for some bad times. China is creeping up to take the US's place, and I'm not sure how that will turn out. But the way it looks, they will probably head the same way in the future.

  • broken down palace

    watch?v=Wsj1MicUei0

  • Greed the true value of American business. Say anything critical you are a communist. We play hard ball we have to lay off people maximize profits and stocks and compete on world markets!! What a crock of shit told by a bunch of Milton Friedman whores who know less about business than a child selling lemonade on the street. True business is people making profits and trade that benefits all, workers, owners, investors, and consumers. WE now have cheap Ivy league trained whores running business.

  • cool neat! visit my profile! h

  • "Stupid, stupid loans", "greedy", "irrational".

Let's see-- they got rich spending the USSR out of existence, developed China, India and Brazil, and recaptured all those petro dollars, and Asian export dollars with the funky paper that was used to rehab America.

In fact, they fought wars around congress with coke money through Mena Arkansas and The Rose Law firm, and put Billary Clinton in office to keep the Greenspan tap open wide.

Me thinks maybe there's a method to their madness...

  • bYE BYE

  • More dems are going along with this bill than repubs. House republicans are at least fighting this bill. Some dems and repubs are at least asking why cant wall street bail themselves out. Looks like this vid demonizes all republicans. Ron Paul is right every time he's talking about the bailout.

  • lets just pay for all these wall street gangs. and let the poor and stupid pay for it, wake up guys its all over. the governments do not run the country wall street does

  • Nothing shocks me about this bailout. BUSH, McCAIN, and the GOP with all their "Get the goverment off the peoples backs" is so full of bull. We have this crisis due to the deregulation of our financial system by this Reaganesque poisoned philosophy. "trickle down theory" which really means if u are poor and working to get ahead, you never will. It is simply calvinist-greedy-GOP bullshit.

  • McCain is a congress members he and Phil Gram, Rick Davis were for Deregulation of the banking industry for the last 30 years, so that is exactly why we are in the mess today. If congress would have impeached Bush along time ago things would be a little different today. The Rothchilds though own congress, so the blame goes to the American people for not signing up fast to impeach Bush and Cheney.

  • lol not all of the GOP members voted for or like those guys... i voted for RP and if you look at the dems... they have been with bush every step of the way

  • Doc Paul didn't want to impeach Bush or Cheney.

    Was up with dat??

  • AIG, American Insurance Guaranty, which insures the banks. The know what they are doing stealing moeny. The SEC and treasury deptment are not playing watch dog and enforcing the laws. The banks are corrupt, and Merrill Lynch was behind my corrupt company helping them cook the books! The Rothchilds orchestrated this Grand Chess Board. Militia of one million brave Americans will help stop congress from allowing the crooks to run off with our money.

  • kamikazekoscki- what do u mean congress??, are you one of these rightwing morons who really believe that it is congress' fault?. Unbelievable.

  • very good video, respect. my tip: stop the war in iraq and afghanistan, close your military bases all over the world, stop financing terrorrorist organisations (the "good guys"), close the cia and all other similar institutions, stop wasting energy,- and you will have enough money for the rest of your life.

  • ralph they wasn't stupid when they did this ... the greed blaind there eye and covered there brain they didn't care about nothing but them but them self and no body but them self of course with the government help who was this government? they was the republican and i don't care what any body want to say about the democrat all i know the control was under the republican hand and the final decision was ther decision

  • O.K. - the "smart" guys who made these lousy/bad loans, were the ones who knew enough to get their commissions and then dump the loans on someone else (like Lehman or AIG etc.).

The top Enron guys did the same thing - they made their money up front and got out very early (dumped their stock, took their bonuses etc..)

  • i hope i wish from my heart this palin don't get in there i wish she is nothing but nothing but bullshit bullshit bullshit bullshit wake up america wake up god dam it 8 years sleeping !!!!!!!!! she don't know shit man what wrong with you people

  • the left wing guys like us, have been saying these things will happen. wake up ameracia

  • Hey it's their own fault and yes American businesses do make a lot of stupid mistakes. I'll be damned if I have to pay for those fuckers!

  • This is just the start...Learn to make stone soup!

  • The food lines and bread lines of the 30's are already happening. People are having a hard time finding affordable food, so the churches and other organizations are stepping in and aren't asking questions about how much money you make because EVERYONE will be effected. The stock market is rigged to rob the small guy. You have to be an insider or a mega bucks player to gain anything from the markets.

  • The economic ideology of Phil Gramm as economic adviser to John McCain , who if elected will be Americas, (Sec. of treasury) is much worse than Bush, Gramm will seek to poison the patient in order to make it better, Americans wake up!! Sec Gramm will usher in the great 1929 depression with his inept ideology of 100% deregulation and releasing the wolves to weed out the weak or less important poor., just remember How ever bad it gets Gramm says stop crying and invest wisely next time.

  • Phil Gramm's wife was on the Board of Directors of Enron!!!

In fact, Gramm's wife was on the Financial/Accounting sub-committee of the Board of Enron.

Before the phony Enron accounting schemes became public..

  • John McCain reveres bullshit. Usually he is simply flat out bullshitting, but i did hear him talking about the absolute value of appearances. It was disgusting. He totally creeps me out as does Sara Paling. i expect he will be president by deception and election fixing and then will die and then the Whacktoid Sara Paling will have her thumbs on the "nucular" buttons. She will be the willing agent of the rich and selfish controllers, because she values being the center of attention more.

  • Who'd of thought that a Woman would be the one to end civilization as we know it...lol

  • Well somebody's gotta do it. i tend to think she is a completely controllable element as is John McCain. Apparently they are both "religious people", or they live and believe by social acceptance within a belief hierarchy. I know what that's about, except i was alienated by conflicting hierarchies, so i hate that kind of stuff. The people who come to be in charge are normally gaming antagonistic dummies.

  • As I see it, the problem came in three basic steps.

1 Bankruptcy 'reform' was enacted, followed by mortgage deregulation.

2 Lenders went hog wild making crazy loans, figuring worst case, they foreclose and get the land, they win no matter what, ey?

3 Too many foreclosures crashed the value of homes, something the lenders never figured could happen, and now the whole economy is crashing

The fix: reinstate the old bankruptcy laws and re-regulate the banking industry, ASAP!

  • obama is certainly the lesser of two evils but they are still evil.

until politicians are taken out of the pocket of big business we are all screwed.....

  • FDR, president and politician, enacted the New Deal reforms that, in large measure, helped lead to the prosperity that this nation enjoyed from 1945 to 1970.

BTW it is ALWAYS the lesser of evils; you almost NEVER get Everything you want in ANY candidate.

  • Who's gained the most due to 9/11? think about that. The Patriot act, major bank failures in america, which will lead to the collapse of the dollar, the merging of america canada and mexico resulting in the NAU, the amero becoming the new currancy, V chips, martial law, fema camps, regulation of the internet to prevent distrubution of certain info, food shortages, WW3 with Russia which will definetly take place under a McCain administration, ect. The list can go on and on! It's time to wisen up.

  • This depression can even turn out more worse. There is an awefull lot of money at stake, a superdepth and also most people in the 20's were already a much more poor then now. When you had a car, before the fall, you were part of the rich. Better prepare for an enormous collapse!

  • The Neocons are Fascist/Communist. The US has not been a democracy since 1913. The US is controlled completely by criminals. The US has no capitalists, just criminals. They are all greedy pigs and you don't get to the top without being a greedy pig. The US starts wars so the military industrial complex can make money selling equipment and services to the government, they control. Your government does not care about you at all. The people they kill worldwide is just "the cost of doing business".

  • p.s. - I just read the title, how exactly is this a Bush-Mccain recession depression? Are we lumping them together because there both republicans? Its funny we can do that politically, but if I said all blacks were criminals I would get all sorts of hate directed my way. Other than both being white, mccain and bush are two different people. Not to mention your putting way too much blame on the President. Maybe check out how our government is structured AND then comment. Just a thought.

  • We are lumping them together because:

    1) They are Republicans

    2) Republicans don't believe in ANY government regulation of ANYTHING

    3) Because John McCain doesn't believe in government regulation

    4) Because John McCain doesn't even think there is a problem; he believes that the Bush economy is fundamentally sound.

  • Looking at your channel I assume your an obama supporter and not a fan of McCain/Palin? Or are you a Ron Paul guy? Of the two possible choices we have - Obama or McCain, I think making the quantum leap, a HUGE shift to the left, to Obama is not the answer. Obama being a socialist himself.

What we're seeing in the financial markets is old fashion greed. Its another symptom of a moral-less, value-less, "me" obsessed generation who coincidentally overwhelmingly support obama.

  • Tell this to the Capitalists-turned-Socialists on Wall Street:

    Bear-Stearns

    and Lehman Brothers...

and tell it to the employees and the stock holders who have lost everything..

then look at the pictures of the Great Depression before the New Deal reforms and protections were put in place..

  • Why do many people support Obama?

Because the Bush Admin. has been an apparent disaster to anyone looking from the outside in. Couple this with another Coke and Pepsi election.

They are once again forced to choose the lesser of two evils.

Ron Paul has been warning of this coming for more than two years. He was made to look foolish and ignored by his own party with the help of the media, to anyone not really paying much attention. Do the math!

    Vote Third party.

  • Why didn't Ron Paul support the impeachment of Bush or Cheney??

  • Because unfortunately Bush or Cheney did nothing wrong.

The entire government should be impeached. From congress to the senate to the president.

  • he supports it but at the same time, hes realistic and understands what it takes to get it done. you need the votes to impeach and they cant get them because of too many bush backers.

  • I don't know. It's a question I'd like answered myself.

    I can say this.

    I signed the petition.

Whether he supported it or not is kind of irrelevant to my last comment however.

I was adressing his warnings to us all, in reguards to this mess of an economy.

Dennis Kucinich Has done a great job on that front and still no Impeachment.

A better question Is, why did it take so long for anyone to get that ball rolling?

Or why after electing a dem congress why are soldiers still Occupying Iraq?

  • get republicans out of office

  • And replace them with what Democrats?

We did that in congress, and are still at "war"! Great move THAT turned out to be!

They are all Republicrats, and do not represent us any better. One or the other!

Stop blaming, and look for a new solution.

Think outside "party" or be prepared for more of the same, or worse!!!

  • These "Capitalists" ought to be tried by jury and if found guilty summarily executed.
