Personally I want to see a Heat vs Lakers finals so badly. They have better match-ups than the Heat and Mavs did. Bosh vs Gasol, Bosh would take Gasol out to near the 3-pt line and I would love to see them go at it. LeBron vs Artest, these two hate each other so I'd love to see them go at it for even 4 games at least. And D-Wade vs Kobe, both of them put on clutch performances in every finals appearance.. @saintmanson6 Mavericks have a good playoff run once every 5 years. Dallas had their one year...that's bout all they're going to do. The biggest threat to the Lakers next year is going to be OKC. SA ain't going anywhere. Dallas ain't going anywhere. Memphis may make a push....Clippers make make some noise (ill consider them the wildcard team). Lakers will c them again next year & Kobe gonna come thru. He did it against the C's, he did it against Phoenix, he'll do it to the Mavs.

@canibus19 Once in every 5 years? Though Mavs had a couple of first round exits, they were and still a legitimate contender, that was a team without Chandler. Now the Mavs are more complete, what more if Beaubois and Butler come back?
This last playoffs was the only post season Mavs and Lakers met, and look what happened. I will say it again, just pray your Lakers stave off a match up with the Mavs in 1st and 2nd round of the playofffs next season.lol

@92plana ok fine kobe took 115 shots in his career and made 36 of them (31.3%)... Camelo Anthony lead the league in clutch shots with 44 shots attempted and 21 made (47.7%)... If you really watched the games, kobe shoots the ball almost everytime he touches it during crunch-time.

In Game 4 against the Kings in 2002, he missed a 2-pointer that would have tied the game (before the ball was tipped out to Robert Horry for the winning 3).

In Game 3 against the Timberwolves in 2003, he missed two key shots in the last seconds of overtime..
I'm not trying to say that kobe always misses shots... but it is clear that he misses them much more than he made them... if you really watch the games you will know what i mean... Kobe average 1.6 assist in elimination games and shot at 36% from the field...

@YJohnstar almost everybody in the top 20 all time scoring list has missed more shots than they have made. only a few players on that list has had a career fg% of 50% or more, most of them being big men. even jordan has missed more shots than he has made in his career. mj is at 49%. kobe has missed alot of shots but 45% shooting is not bad at all especially for someone who takes the most difficult shots. and kobe's fg% is still higher than the leaugue's average as a whole.
