Developer commentary hmm? Interesting, this game makes use of a lot of video files. Pretty good quality for a game, plus the editing of cartoon characters is nice. The game also has tons of parodies. Nice upload of these cutscenes from this interesting game.

Is there a torrent of this game anywhere? I own it on PC but I dont know where it is and it doesn't work anyway.

To make the game work in windows xp go to C:\SIERRA\TOONED folder and run the start32.exe in 256 colors.. worked for me.
