What is the name of this song? Just watched C C Rider . Is there a soundtrack? I gotta gotta gotta get this album. I cant get this song out of my mind.
@dadden13 It's called I can't turn you loose. This is the version by the great Wayne Cochran, that's him performing. You can also check it out by Otis Redding. And The Blue Brothers used it as their entrance music when they'd come on stage, and in the Car Chase in the Mall in the movie The Blues Brothers.
The people in that club are tearing it up! They look like that are having such a great time! Wayne seems like a blue-eyed soul cross between James Brown and Jackie Wilson. I'm glad I discovered him on Youtube. I think he's kinda interesting... especially with the hair. He's rocking that club and the band is fantastic. I wish I was there. ;-)
This guy has been popping up through years. I think I saw him on the Art Linkletter House Party!! By the way the brass have their charts down. Makes this band rock. ..
Great biker movie, great, great band. This film really captures the trippiness of the late 1960's & early 1970's. William Smith & Sid Haig show up in this movie as their usual wonderfully menacing selves.
