Bob Moog was an absolute genius. His passing was a unrecoverable loss to the musical world, and the world of electronics. Luckily we have his work to remember him by. RIP
Agreed! Its a shame Lady Gaga gets so popular but someone like this guy doesn't. Music technology pioneers are highly underrated and its a shame (Dave Smith, Roger Linn, Tsutomu Katoh, Ikutaro Kakehashi, Amar Bose)
Interestingly someone mentioned in a comment that people Like Dr Robert Moog are rare because he is very intelligent and connected to the nature of the universe from planets to electronics-I personally think there are lots of ppl like Robert Moog but unfortunatly they seldom rise to the forefront and public perception because lots of ppl would rather watch Jordan and annoying celebrities.WE NEED TO LOOK TO PPL LIKE ROBERT MOOG-TRUE BRILLIANCE,INSPIRED AND CONNECTED TO THE TRUE NATUIRE OF HUMANS.
Amazing documentary, saw the full thing on sky arts today. Would definately recommend it.
Robert Moog is a very intelligent man and after watching the documentary I admire him a lot. He is not just a 'nerdy' type character, he has knowledge of the entire universe and how everything links together. From plants to circuit boards.
In the history of mankind you had some genius men: Leonardo Da Vinci, Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Robert Moog...

WE LOVE YOU ROBERT MOOG, the only thing your guilty of is practically doubling our musical library (music+electronic music)
