Maybe the Arianne entered a region of Dark Energy at the 10:15 mark, forcing the rocket to fly ever faster away from Earth, causing a doppler shift in the audio feed.
I think the rocket started going faster than light, which slowed time for us but sped it up for the rocket. Or there was a glitch in the recording. One of the two.
