@ibra2411 I'm going to guess the commentator has more experience in calling competition throws than you--and he says tsurikomi ashi at about 4 seconds
Beautiful sasae. This is not hiza guruma, despite Muneta's placement of his foot just below the knee. This throw is all about the "lifting" and propping"; there is no "wheel" component.
Very confusing to me. Looks like Harai tsurikomi ashi, but the sweep was closer to the knee. There was lifting and some sweeping but more knee than ankle. Could be Sasae tsurikomi ashi because the propped before the slight sweep, but still closer to ankle. Also could be Hiza guruma. Because it was closer to the knee, and doesnt matter if it propped or swept. Uke turned over to back. I am leaning toward Harai tsurikomi ash though.
Magnifique technique et magnifique respect du combattant. Notez ses saluts impeccables. Ca nous change des gens qui sautent en l'air en hurlant après avoir marqué un point.

Sorry but I see a hiza guruma, the wheel move is not side to side but up and down.

@ibra2411 There isn't any guruma action here. Muneta blocks the leg while doing a tsurikomi action, making it sasae-tsurikomi-ashi.

I just started Judo, and shorter people have an extremely low center of gravity = advantage?

@tsab503 Every body size has it's advantages. If you are tall, you can do long range uchi matas that a short person couldn't dream of, for instance.

Yes Hiza Guruma.

Hiza Guruma. Sasae is the lifting propping ankle throw.
Tori's foot blocked uke's knee, wheeling him over i.e. Knee wheel.
Absolutely beautiful technique. Perfect, circular Judo.
