here Graffiti is very rare. pieces (by unknwn artists) shown in this vid i found after a big hunt. law says -defacin city is punishable-: i think legal/ilegal wall be decided only if ppl start graffin walls...as in latin/USA/canada europe etc.,

ps: bitter truth is majorty of walls already defaced with posters, handbills & spit :-@

Graffiti is done with Spraycans and one can do it with airbrush but I think one can use airbrush for finer art. Using airbrush for graffiti takes away the street realness...
