people talk about glocks and xdm and how reliable they are, I own CZ 75 sp 01, put over 1500 rounds thru it without a problem, my first gun was glock 17 gen 4, after around 200 rounds the recoil spring broke.
I love my XD9 SC it will be my carry gun when I go CCW. Nothing against other guns...Glocks, Sig, S&W, etc. Just this thing fits my hand and shooting is as natural as pointing my finger.
Ilike the real estate on this gun personally its beefier than the glock 26 and it handles the recoil better i love shooting this gun thanks for the great review.

I'm approaching 5000 rounds through my XD9 subcompact without a single failure. I've shot every type of round, reloads, 115gr, 124+p, 147, 147+p, etc. Love this little thing.
I got the XD9 with the 16 round clip. Very nice weapon, great conceal. Easy to field strip. Get your 9mm ammo at WalMart, 100 rounds for about 23 bucks. Peace!

Too bad some of the features are kinda useless to me cause im in Cali & in Cali... self defence with a pistol lis almost a bad choice considering you cant even have the mag in the firearm hahaha

good luck to you bud, I got rid of my xd because it jammed a lot if I didn't use winchester's lol but anyhow I traded if for a .357, I just like revolvers better.
You may think that they are unneeded and that's fine, but I do carry everyday with one in the chamber and the striker cocked. The grip safety and indicators are just good common sense features and one of the reasons I chose the XD over a Glock.
I carry a glock 19 and an xd 9mm and even tho I love my glock I'd rather have my xd it is just the best handgun I have done some trigger work with it but after a few mods it's a amazing gun
i carry the XD subcompact all the time in a smart carry holster, i often forget i have it on me. 13 rounds in gun (round not in chamber) and 16 rounds in extra mag...thus 29 rounds that are very comfortable to carry. great gun!

I carry with one in the chamber at all times. You never know if you'll have time to rack the slide. I would much rather just point and aim. With the XD safety features, I'm very comfortable having it holstered and loaded. :)

Great video dude!!!! I love the XD line. I have a XDM 40 3.8 and plan on getting a XD sub compact and a full sized XD45. I still havnt made my mind up yet on the caliber I want for the sub compact although Im thinking 9mm.
it may be just me, but this gun has a unique mystique that other pistols do not possess. Maybe its the rail on the front, or the extra safety measures which don't compromise ease of operation. Also, Viridian Laser sights is tooling their new laser/light system for many subcompacts including this gun. Win!
I agree with all the reasons that you had mentioned. It's more than that though. It's easy to shoot and it's fun to shoot. I love my XD and can't wait to get my hands on the XDm next. I'll have a full review of this gXD coming soon.

I always use that same Winchester ammo for target practice as well. For defense I'll use Winchester Black Talon or Speer Gold Dot hollowpoints.
