  • Hahaha this girl is very honest :) That is what ppl like

  • You make some really good and valid points about those money making schemes out there...thanks for sharing. :)

  • Good advice! check out my channel ! I made a video about Lebron James!

  • Yes! Quality and credibility! Thanks for keeping it all so real!! Very nice mention of MJ. at the end I was a kid of the 80's and I so wanted that sequin glove! lol

  • Lisa...Can you do a video or have u done 1 on making a video. Your videos turn out really well. I am just getting started and some good videos would really help

  • i love your videos i just subscribed i like the advice i would love to become a partner but not for money making

  • You definitely give great advice as an educator, thanks for posting all of the positive information it's truly appreciated, thanks again.

  • ive been on youtube for 2-3 years and i only have 201 subscribers and i still dont have a clue on how to get more subs. i cant do video response cuz my computer is stupid so im going to buying a macbook pro and ill put more effort in videos do u think this will help?

  • It's the one of the many powers of being a female :-) People will most likely subscribe to you just for being a female. So definitely a female with a good channel :-) Peace, respect!

  • hey lisa thanks for the advice. i love your videos, they have tought me alot.

    R.i.p MJ

  • I have watch so many of your videos and I like all of them, but with out a dout, this is my favorite. My memories go back to ABC. That tells a little about my age. I can see his influence in you because he gave big, lots of love. In MJ's memory.

  • Whatever else he did, Michael was a top notch creative artist. I just wish that his personal life wasn't such an awful mess. Do you think it was because his parents didn't keep him grounded? That they just pushed, pushed, pushed him 24/7? You know growing up he probably never had just a normal day messing around with his buddies riding bikes or playing ball. It's a tragic life despite all the success.

  • Lisa , I like watching your videos always whenever there were new releases but this one made me upset some how because you reminded me of Michael Jackson in my childhood just the same thigns you've mentioned it happened to me when Michael Jackson released his Thriller album, I am a big fan of his and will stay..

    regards

  • Thank you for responding so quickly. I am new to this and really lame to many terms. I have a cheap little compaq laptop "vista". All I know is before the update, I was able to access all your videos and now I can't. When I click on "see all" it turns dim and completely locks up. Also, if I click on any of the coices at the top like "favorites" it does the same thing. The only choices I have is the three or four videos that are immediatrly displayed on the right side. Please help me.

  • At the top of your new channel screen it says " That is not available for this channel" and the thumbnails are locking up. Do you know why?

  • Strange. I'm not seeing that and I've checked on multiple computers. Are you using Internet Explorer by any chance? I've noticed the new channels are having issues with IE. I use Firefox.

  • Lisa, Since youtube has updated their channel page, I have been unable to access the "see all" function. Before, I could click on the "see all" and a page with all your videos would come up. Now when I click, the whole right section (where the thumbnails are) gets dim and locks up. I no longer have access to all your videos. The same is true with all updated channels. And I'm not the only one having this problem. Can you help me cause I'm new to this. PLEASE

  • How do you make your backrounds and other pictures? What do you use to make them?

  • Photoshop CS

  • I love this video

  • Hey Lisa, thanks alot. I had so many questions about this kind of stuff. And you answered all of it. Thanks so much!

  • thank you so much lisa

your videos helps me a lot

  • Hi Lisa.

I started a site a few months ago on bodybuilding, and just recently started doing my advertising.

I've been using different forums and answering peoples questions, just to help people out and get the word out there.

I've experienced so many rude people and comments in these forums, and was wondering, what do you do personally, if or when people do this towards you?

There's always that one person that's got something extremely negative to say.

Do you just ignore them completely?

  • Ignore them. I get the same negativity on YouTube from skeptics or people who just seem angry about life. You can't let these people get in the way of your goal. At the end of the day, they have nothing to do with your success. By the way, if you want a friendly forum, come to WebsiteBabble(dot)com I don't allow rude comments there and it's one of the friendliest Webmaster forums around.

  • Thanks Lisa.

    Your opinion means a lot!

  • I totally agree! I love WB forum. I've learned so much from that forum! BTW, I'm ithinkican.

  • HI lisa! how are you, I am from Argentina, thank you very much for your excellent advices.

they helped me a lot with my new website, please let me know what you think, or any particular tip! :D

Thank you!!! You are great, thanks for help other people...

  • I agree that putting value first is inevitable !

  • hey lisa, u should post more video blog advices about success, passion, happiness and achieving your financial goals in life even for those with who wanna pursue different professions besides making money online... i thinking it would be motivating and inspiring... HOLLA...

  • Thanks Lisa great video

  • How come your comments are all one day old????? Not just one, there are 35...Can you explain..Seam fishy

  • Because my comments are all moderated and I approve them first (because I get so much spam) As you can see there are a few from today.

  • thanks Lisa, I wouldve never started my site without your knowledge.

  • and your videos are so long people make videos 1 minute long and thats it yours are lengthy

  • Thank you Lisa

  • i love your videos very much. thank you for helping me.

  • I just wanna see you twerk ... just once :P

  • interesting

  • Wow, Lisa! This was an absolutely informative video. And no, you do not sound like a broken record. You're providing a much needed service to beginners (and anyone else). Keep up the good work!

  • always a pleasure to watch your videos lisa!

  • Great topic and good knowledge. Michael Jackson RIP.....

  • Do you know if the licenses on stock photo websites such as istockphoto and shutterstock allow you to use the images in an e-book or affiliate site. I am working on an educational site for high-school and college students and found some pictures i want to buy for use in a free e-book/study guide. I know that the site says royalty free, but the license agreement seems confusing when it comes to downloads and resale. do you use any stock photo sites?

  • great video! Some real talk both about credibility anf MJ!

  • good info ....I need to build up my sites....Rip mike he was a great man.....u have a big heart ...(any person who can make u devote some of your video to is a great person) because u never share parts about your life to us i can tell u liked mike!

  • Your So Hot!!!

  • Yeah I was saddened by his death, its so sad its ended this way especially when he was going to make his comeback.

  • very good video lisa keep the good work up, what people need is value, like people you have to give them

  • PS: Good comments on MJ Lisa. I was also shocked because as you say when Farrah left I was sad but expected it at some point, but then all of a sudden Michael is gone and I'm like what!!!! He was only 50, how could he be gone! I thought it was a prank at first, but it wasn't and I still can't believe it really. Anyway, it's good you mentioned him. All the best, Rob.

  • i subscribed to you because i love all your videos!

  • Great video and information again! I'm happy to be one of your subscribers and learning from you! I hope the points you talk about is what I am doing with my sites. All the best, Rob

  • Thanks Lisa, As always a quality video. I am still searching for what I am passionate about! LOL One day I will have a site that I don't mind "working" on.

As for Michael passing. I grew up watching him on the sonny and cher and a host of other TV shows. I had all the Jackson 5 albums (vinyl) I think a lot of people don't remember or were too young to know the sexy showman that he was!

My prayers to his family and please give the family the privacy they deserve at this time.

  • I tried to join a affiliate network just out of interested, and one of the fields I had to complete was a Tax ID/SNN I live in the UK, I was wundering if I would still need one of these or is there something similar? And if I was to start a website Lisa, what would I need to do in order to make sure things are legit, tax wise e.t.c Thanks in advance. Im @deakaz on twitter if you want to contact me. Love the videos!

  • Your life is an example of the success formula lol nice

  • Worst YouTube strategy I'v seen was diff's who just commented spam on other people videos !...

BTW, How to get banned from AddSence ?

PS What do you think? Should I open my own electronic site? :)!

There is a lot of competition :(

  • I'm guessing Adsense users get banned for adult content. That's my best guess.

  • Usually it's from people clicking their own ads.

  • Lisa..you're dead on when you say: "...learn to put quality first and the money will follow."...dead on advice! Great video!

  • Good information, Lisa.

And as always... a class act.

  • When I was ten I wanted a beat it jacket sooo bad.

  • Lisa, that was a great tribute to MJ, and great advise as usual. My favorite memories of MJ are when I see shows like The Apollo Amature shows, and little boys with big, neatly cut afros perform songs like " I'll Be There" or "Never Can Say Goodbye". It sounds corny but, those songs were the "sound tracks" of my life. My friends and cousins were always trying to start our own little bands back in the day, it was so much fun.

  • Hey Lisa. I just wanted to stop by in this video and say thank you so much for taking the time in making all these videos. You are truly inspirational, sincere, and a cool positive person who has a passion in doing what you do as well as sharing the knowledge to the viewers. I myself am building a site, and am so glad to have found your channel/site. Each video, blog post, forum post makes me feel a lot more knowledgeable and confident that I can succeed on the web thanks to you!

    CJ

  • Grats!

    Your doing great

    Keep it up!

    Nice to see ya smiling!

  • Thanks for calling some of us out . I am one of those that need to be honest with both my content and my strategy.

On MJ's passing, I am a grown adult man and I've been bawling since yesterday. As a child of the early 70's , Michael truly was the soundtrack to my life.

Thanks for sharing your love for him with us. It good to know I'm not alone in my appreciation and grief.

And thanks for always keeping it real.

  • I love you girl. Your truly motivating nice video.

  • Congrat! Love your video!

  • it was passions right? I do a soap site you should check mines out!

  • Me gustan tus videos lisa !

  • love the videos - first comment
