To be fair to David Westen, YouTube's codec creates fuzz, splats, and huge over-modulations. It cannot handle the original uncompressed file uploaded to YouTube. This is true on both the Gröndahl Concerto and the Orchestral Excerpts video. These were absent from his actual playing and studio DVD recording.
well done. watch your tone when you get playing higher or louder, it tends to get substantially brighter. and chill a little with the vibrato, just a little too much too fast i think. Gröndahl isnt my solo of choice, but i like the way you play it. I prefer David.
It's reallllly good, except for the fact that he's out of time quite a bit. I'm sure he's worked on that though.
