The DECIDER thing you try to destroy was originall called the ADVISER, designed by the Caldeans to solve their country's problems (politically, militarily, economically, etc) It was first made for the military, but it eventualy became the DECIDER when the nation became very dependent on its decisions. The character you play, Luca Earlgrey, had a father who worked on the ADVISER and also worked on his Ex-tio fighter in order to destroy it.
