there nick name is Dust devil but they are really Thermal bubbles that usually start suction below them or low presure and produces a vortex that fallows the bubble all the way till the air getts to cool!
i was inside one once. I was watching a tractor pull and suddenly one sprang up just to the NW of the bleachers and passed right over everybody. The're wasn't much dust but every paper plate and program paper in it's path was soon about 300' in the air!
I'd say the winds in it reached a whopping 30 MPH :P
@wildfire19861987 no! a small tornado has winds 30 to 40 mph. a dust devil is just dust spinning in the air. it can not suck much up at all. maybe, paper but not anything else. so, that was either a small EF0 tornado(witch is possible) or just a made up story.
O i forgot u can find a dust devil in paris well I'm gonna do to iraq and paris soon i hope well i will make more coments about me making youtube videos for u guys to see. Hope u see it! :D
