What the occupiers are doing is illeagal. If you take over a park or assult a police officer, then that is not covered by the Constitution. @SpyOpz94 I tried that, with courtesy, yet stating my rights clearly, unfortunately there were no cameras around, and I was swiftly arrested. when asked what for, the officer told me "I'll think of that later." Apparently they have up to 5 hours to state a reason for arrest. Now I have it permanently on my record... But much respect for these press guys standing up for themselves! Wish I'd had a camera on me!
