  • it means that they have already gave up as long as they go down that road. Gave themselves up to brutes.

  • i hate to read a long comment

  • @logamvsmetal

    me too.

  • You're a genius!

  • This is simply amazing.

  • Why are they carrying white surrender flags?

  • @calvinhobbesliker2 I think it means that you can put any country's flag there and it would still be relevant.

  • The music adds a veeerrry scarry atmosphere. Good pick.

  • very nicely done!

  • nice, but :in the name of democracy?

democracy=violent imposition of majority rule on minorities. Behind every law there is violence. The government, democratic or not =the initiation of violence.

That is what sets apart a business from a government. Business is based on voluntary choice for products, government can force themselves upon you. Taxation=theft, positive law=threat with murder

  • @modelmark The only reason businesses cannot commit the crimes you speak of is because the government does not let them. Government is what ensures businesses allow fair competition and operate by seeking the voluntary choice of their customers. In a lawless world, there is no reason all the businesses in an industry couldn't get together and agree to exploit the people's need for their industry and resources. Some government is necessary to ensure that the rich cannot enslave the poor.

  • @VictoryAtNight and yet the very system you defend does just that as it is big business that controls government

  • @mikflaherty Actually I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say "the very system [I] defend does just that". Are you saying the system enslaves the poor? Well that's exaggeration by any measure. I don't believe the government is by any means perfect, but pretending such vague, exaggerated rhetoric is accurate really stops folks who disagree with you from having a reasonable discussion on finer points to make compromises and fixes.

  • @VictoryAtNight Yes but that is not true as I see it, exploitation still happens but its well hidden and not much attention is brought to it. Companies that makes ur clothes exploit people abroad in Asia, Africa etc. The government dosent care as long as citizens, the wealthier and middle class citizens do not see and dont complain, as long as everyone turns a blind eye exploitation happens everyday every second and will not stop since capitalism exists with pseudo-democracy only.
