You've got a good case when you speak of the real estate market, but otherwise, how the fuck does a bank stop me from mowing lawns, teaching juggling, building computers, playing my guitar, etc. I have seen zero impact on my income or businesses because I have marketable skills and am diverse. It took effort and time, and at no time did I need the government.

@brchful all of my money goes to my brokerage acount, where I invest it in mutual funds. My funds have been averaging about 60% per year return. I took the time to learn about investing, so instead of "hating" wall street, I love it. My retirement will be cushy. And, all I have done is make small monthly contributions starting about 20 years ago. Anyone can do it. If a 15 year old invested $15 a month in mutual funds they would have over a million by age 55. Stupid people protest Wall St.

The purpose of a mutual fund is to spread out your risk by purchasing a fund with multiple holdings, in case some of them fail, which they do..that is why a manager gets rated by Morningstar and other agencies. That is why they give you a prospectus, which I read. You also have to know your own risk tolerance. I have done all these things and have been rewarded with generous returns.

You've got a good case when you speak of the real estate market, but otherwise, how the fuck does a bank stop me from mowing lawns, teaching juggling, building computers, playing my guitar, etc. I have seen zero impact on my income or businesses because I have marketable skills and am diverse. It took effort and time, and at no time did I need the government.

@brchful all of my money goes to my brokerage acount, where I invest it in mutual funds. My funds have been averaging about 60% per year return. I took the time to learn about investing, so instead of "hating" wall street, I love it. My retirement will be cushy. And, all I have done is make small monthly contributions starting about 20 years ago. Anyone can do it. If a 15 year old invested $15 a month in mutual funds they would have over a million by age 55. Stupid people protest Wall St.

The purpose of a mutual fund is to spread out your risk by purchasing a fund with multiple holdings, in case some of them fail, which they do..that is why a manager gets rated by Morningstar and other agencies. That is why they give you a prospectus, which I read. You also have to know your own risk tolerance. I have done all these things and have been rewarded with generous returns.

The US gives $3 billion per year to Israel, it’s paid upfront instead of quarterly instalments as it is with everyone else, so they can make even more off the interest. The $3 Bil/year accounts for about a fifth of America’s foreign aid budget, this is despite Israel being a wealthy industrial country. Also, Israel is the only recipient that does not have to disclose how it spends the money.
While the Americans are becoming more and more poor, we are financing Israel’ and their army.
