at dellm yhou get the 1gb ram, 8gb space, excludes camera, and comes w/ ubuntu but u can install windows with a usb dvd reader, really cheap at ebay.

Dell one looks crap. HP's old netbook was slow, because it used the old VIA processor, instead of the faster Atom processor the Dell and Asus netbooks use. the new HP netbook with the atom processor is quite a bit faster.
